Whether you’re already working in education and looking for your next role, or if you’re working in industry and looking to change your career path, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer to join our Fashion curriculum team in readiness for the start of the 2025/26 academic year.

 

This is a unique opportunity for a successful candidate to share their knowledge to unlock potential whilst guiding our learners through their studies in both Fashion and Textiles by providing them with tutorials that blend theory with real-world practice within our further education setting. Our Dartford campus boasts well-equipped, generous sized work rooms and learning spaces for our students to ignite their creative flair with the support from our Lecturing team, with industrial and domestic sewing machines, pattern cutting tables and an extensive screen-printing studio all available for use.

 

You’ll work as part of the curriculum team to create and deliver lessons across a range of qualification levels, inspiring achievement and the best possible outcomes. The successful candidate will be a team player, an excellent communicator, and able to maintain a proactive approach to managing deadlines, whilst retaining a high standard of delivery.

Where you’ll work:             This role is based at our Dartford campus.

 

Your hours:                         29.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (0.8 FTE).

 

Your pay:                            £27,375.20 to £33,680 per annum (£34,219 to £42,100 per annum full time equivalent), dependent on qualifications and experience.
