Due to internal promotion, a well established travel company is looking for someone to join their ticketing team.
What the job entails:
Book, issue, and manage flight tickets
Handle upgrades, refunds, and schedule changes
Support our Customer Experience Team with admin and sales queries
Maintain flight data and assist with online check-ins
About you:
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team player with strong communication skills
GDS/Amadeus experience is a bonus but not essential
