Legal Secretary – Residential Property

Location: Littlehampton
Salary: £25,000 – £27,500 per annum (DOE) + Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join a thriving Residential Property / Conveyancing team based near Littlehampton. This is a chance to become part of a friendly and professional environment where your skills and expertise will be highly valued.

If you're highly organised, detail-oriented, and have a solid background in Conveyancing Legal Secretarial work, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing legal documents and correspondence
Audio dictation and fast, accurate typing
File management and general administration
Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
Submitting property searches and Land Registry applications
Drafting sales contracts and managing post-exchange formalities
Overseeing day-of-completion and post-completion processes
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in Residential Property / Conveyancing
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in audio dictation and typing
Knowledge of Land Registry procedures
A professional, proactive, and approachable manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
