FULL TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT REQUIRED
The position is based at our manufacturing site in Barfrestone, Nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG.
This position is for someone who is experienced in Admin and who has a confident telephone manner, able to use Microsoft Office (i.e: Word, Excel) Outlook, Internet, CRM packages.
You would be in the main admin office in a basic administration role answering the telephone, helping take enquiries on the telephone and entering their details onto our CRM System, sending out literature/mailshots when required.
Experience and attributes required for this role are: -
Previous administration experience (Microsoft, CRM Databases, etc.)
Good written and spoken English preferable.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multi task if needed.
Able to work well on your own or in a team.
Salary advised on application
In house training will be given on telephones and CRM Enquiry Database
Hours: 08.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
28 days holiday (this includes all statutory holidays)

TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS AS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT COMES TO THE VILLAGE.
