An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and highly regarded company specialising in property preservation, damp control, and structural waterproofing solutions. With a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction, they are looking for an experienced Timber, Damp & Structural Waterproofing Surveyor to become a valued member of their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive surveys to identify timber decay, damp issues, and structural waterproofing needs in both residential and commercial properties.
Prepare in-depth reports, outlining findings and providing actionable recommendations for clients.
Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver tailored and practical solutions.
Design and recommend structural waterproofing systems to suit each property’s unique requirements.
Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in conducting timber and damp surveys, as well as designing structural waterproofing systems.
CSRT and CSSW qualifications are essential.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
A full UK driving licence is required, and the ability to travel as necessary.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
