Responsibilities: -

· Sourcing New Lending Opportunities – Identifying potential clients and opportunities for funding.

· Development Appraisals & Credit Analysis – Conducting in-depth financial assessments.

· Loan Onboarding – Supporting the setup of new loans and ensuring smooth processes.

· Active Loan Management – Monitoring and managing ongoing lending projects.

· Financial & Market Analysis – Keeping up with trends and insights in the property finance sector.

· Joint Venture Project Support – Assisting with exciting collaborative property projects.

About you: -

· Ambitious & Sales-Oriented

· Highly Organised – Great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently

· Strong Communicator – Confident in building relationships and presenting information.

· A driving licence and access to a vehicle (Essential)

· Ideally a graduate in a relevant subject, or minimum GCSE Maths Grade 6 (B)
