Administrator Maternity cover
Hours 37.5. (can be flexible) Salary £30k to £35k depending on experience. Standard Holidays
Our cutting-edge well-established client who works internationally are looking for a strong sales administrator to help the sales managers and the sales team with tenders and general administrational procedures. This will initially be a one-year maternity cover. Experience of working in support of a busy sales team and strong communication skills will be key. Car owner driver. Office based.
Experience of a CRM system helpful not essentialOrganised with a high attention to detailHappy to participate in sales and strategy meetingsOrganise hospitality during client visitsCompetent use of MS OfficeHappy to help with development of website and social media marketing and development of ideas.Ensure Technical documents from clients are logged accurately onto the Sales DatabaseOrganise travel for the sales and process departmentsLiaise with the companies’ international officesCommunication with international clients via phone Teams and emailEnsure bids/estimate signoffs are attained in line with proceduresHelp support training for departments apprentice administrator.
