Located in West Kent our client is actively recruiting for a position within the renewables sector. As they expand their operations, they seek a motivated individual to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to driving sustainable solutions in metal recycling.

This exciting and varied role is:

Office-based (potential for hybrid working)
Offers opportunities for overseas travel required after a period of training
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Playing an integral role in the recycling team, facilitating the purchase and sale of metal-containing secondaries and other materials globally.
Establishing and nurturing existing relationships while actively seeking out new partnerships.
Engaging with companies across various industries globally, fostering connections and exploring opportunities.
Attending trade exhibitions and industry events.
Managing purchase and sales contracts, oversee shipments, and preparing profit and loss statements.
Collaborating closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless trade processing.
Qualifications and Experience:

Experience in oil, gas, petrochemicals, catalyst production, global freight forwarding, or trading.
Familiarity with LME metals and FastMarkets publications preferred but not essential.
Understanding of Incoterms and containerization/logistics operations desirable.
Fluency in another language advantageous.
