About The Company:
Our client, a growing business in Hastings is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team on a full time, permanent basis.
The Role:
As a bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients financial records and contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
- Process and manage payments to suppliers and clients
- Assist with monthly reconciliations of bank statements and accounts
- Prepare financial reports and assist in the development of budgets
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline financial processes and support overall financial operations
Desirable Skills:
- At least 2 years experience in Bookkeeping
- AAT Qualifications are desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and proactive approach to problem solving
