Quality Inspector
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Inspector to join a family-run manufacturing business based in Hythe.
About the Role:
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role on the shop floor, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and meet customer specifications. This is an active position that requires a hands-on approach. You will be expected to move between our three quality areas, gaining comprehensive knowledge of our Quality Control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect and ensure components produced meet quality standards and customer specifications.
* Gain experience across all quality areas to understand full QC process.
* Collaborate with team members and use strong influencing skills to maintain high-quality standards.
About You:
* Enjoy working with people and have strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Self-motivated, with a friendly and flexible approach.
* Experience in a quality environment, with the ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment (preferred).
