As a Customer Relationship Advisor, you'll join a niche and dynamic company within the property industry, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. You'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.
What You'll Do: -
• Be the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and efficient assistance.
• Manage National Accounts - Build and maintain relationships with clients across the country.
• Quality Check Reports - Ensure all reports meet high standards before reaching clients.
• Book Appointments - Coordinate and schedule client appointments seamlessly.
• Data Entry & Administration - Keep records accurate and up-to-date with meticulous attention to detail.
What We're Looking For: -
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Quick thinker who can resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to juggle various tasks without missing a beat.
• High attention to detail in all your work.
• A systematic approach to prioritising and completing tasks.
• Flexibility to switch priorities at a moment's notice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Player & Independent Worker independently.
• IT Literate
