Your new role
As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide a robust support function for customers and senior colleagues, coordinating sales meetings, ensuring a positive and smooth experience for the clients, working with customers directly assisting them with initial engagement with the company, ensuring sales files are kept up to date for the whole of the customers' life-cycle.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to put people at ease building rapport quickly. You'll ideally have previous experience working to support a sales team or in a customer-facing position.
