Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for a new role with a fantastic growing company?
Our busy family run workshop in Tonbridge is looking for an experienced team player to fill the position of Vehicle Painter/Sprayer.
Duties of a Paint Sprayer:
Preparing and priming vehicle bodywork.
Mixing and colour-matching, painting all repaired areas to a high standard, and polishing as appropriate.
Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
Qualities of a Paint Sprayer
Ideally you will be an experienced Paint Sprayer with a settled career history in a Bodyshop environment and be able to demonstrate a hand's on and focus-driven approach.
The candidate will be an enthusiastic/ driven individual.
An eye for detail.
Quality Awareness.
You will have a previous working experience in a Paint Sprayer role within a busy bodyshop.
The ability to produce a high quality of Paint repair from start to finish.
Would ideally have ATA, NVQ 3 or IMI3 (but this is not essential)
This is a permanent role Monday-Friday and overtime is available at enhanced rates.
Immediate start required.
