Sales Office Administrator, Sevenoaks - £25,000

Join a dynamic and niche business that prides itself on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. As part of our thriving team, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of my clients’ busy sales department.
Key Responsibilities: -
• Coordinate with couriers to arrange timely deliveries and collections.
• Handle document management tasks, including scanning, photocopying, and filing.
• Provide essential support to the sales administration team as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage meeting room bookings and arrangements.
• Maintain office equipment and ensure it's in top condition.
• Process supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Cover reception duties, including handling incoming calls and greeting visitors.
• Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
• Prepare and send samples to clients promptly.
• Process orders efficiently and assist with credit control, including card payments.
• Keep office supplies stocked, including stationery and refreshments.
The ideal candidate will possess: -
• Proven experience in sales order processing and invoicing.
• Strong skills in customer account management.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills.
• The ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous logistics experience (a distinct advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
