We are looking for someone with great motivation and energy to join our Short Breaks service supporting children and young people aged 8-19 years with an additional need/ disability.

You’ll plan an engaging programme of early evening activities, Saturday clubs and school holiday trips for young people living in Ashford, that inspires participants and supports them to build confidence and self-esteem, develop resilience, make friends and try new things.
