HR Assistant – 6 month

Expanding their team, this is a brand new position, that will see you working directly with a small HR team, in a generalist HR capacity.

Full HR assistant / administrative role – working closely with the team, looking after the full employee life cycle; recruitment and selection; onboarding; induction; learning and development; employee records and line manager liaison; offboarding / exit; payroll and benefits administration; HR project support; systems administration.,
Central Tunbridge Wells offices – accessible easily by train bus or car
Mon – Fri 8,30 – 5
Initial 6 month
Salary with experience £22-27500 + benefits!
Could be a fabulous role for building experience, joining a new industry, or fulfilling your next 6 months availability, with an opportunity to start quickly.
For this role, you MUST have either a CIPD/similar HR qualification OR practical HR experience – any industry and environment
