Experienced Admin Assistant required for this part-time role with a local manufacturer.
Working within the HR department you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including the handling and processing of confidential and sensitive information.
Duties:
* Create and maintain personnel files, HR documents and spreadsheets
* Assist with HR projects
* Maintain company's employee training records.
* Co-ordinate visitors
* Arrange and prepare documents for interviews and new starter induction packs.
* Assist with the HR on-boarding process
Requirements:
* You will need to have high quality office administration experience
* Previous experience of dealing with personnel documents would be useful
* You need to be organised, with great attention to detail.
* An NVQ in administration would be beneficial
This is a temporary role initially with a view to becoming permanent after the successful completion of a temporary trial period.
Hours offered are 27 hours per week, with every other Friday off.
