Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for education? Join us as a Sixth Form Administrative Assistant, delivering top-notch administrative support across UKAT Trust academies. In this pivotal role, you'll manage student records using BROMCOM, track attendance, and assist with enrolment, recruitment, and event coordination. Acting as the central contact point, you'll handle initial queries from students, parents, and external agencies, ensuring efficient communication and escalation when needed.

You'll support the Vice Principal with essential communications, create and maintain key documents, and oversee filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping. Additionally, you'll coordinate Sixth Form events, administer Post 16 interviews and the induction process, and manage the 16-19 Bursary. Collaboration with various departments will be crucial to address relevant administrative issues.
