Established 10 Partner accountancy practice with offices in central Eastbourne & Brighton seeks additional Trust & Estate Manager to join the team
You will be joining a team of 6 which includes 4 Trust & Estate lawyers based in Eastbourne who deal with a broad mix of work including Lasting Powers of Attorneys (LPA) & Court of Protection Deputyship cases, Trusts, Probate & Estate matters and related Tax issues.
The successful individual will be acting for private individuals/families dealing with Trust Administration, reviewing Trust Tax Returns and handling Estate matters which includes preparing accounts and IHT forms. Any additional experience drafting LPAs would be an added bonus (not essential). You will also be expected to liaise with senior management/Partners, assist and help train junior members of the team, conduct monthly reviews and to maintain CPD.
The role also offers career progression towards Partnership in the near future along with a generous salary, benefits and some home/remote working (dependant on experience).
