Salary according to experience £30K - £33K on a 42.5hr wk (can be flexible around these numbers) with an extra £900 if KPI’s reached and another £900 team performance bonus if sales targets reached.

Core Responsibilities

This is an order processing role that involves taking responsibility for orders from the point of order through to successful delivery.  The role is largely a project management style role as all orders are fulfilled by our supply chain and the core task of the role is to ensure that products are branded correctly and delivered on time for events/deadlines.  The role also involves dealing with client artwork and proofing (see full list of tasks for more details).

Highly organised and able to cope with pressureAttention to detail but not at the detriment of speedAbility to understand client needsAbility to learn how to operate a new ERP system (training will be provided)Proficient in the use of all standard Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel etc)Professional written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate and interact at all levels of businessTo be able to function in an open office environment without distraction
Tasks


Receiving an order from the sales team and managing it through the process to delivery and submitting of invoiceThis includes liaising with supplier to produce visual proofs and ensuring clients logo is used properly and then obtaining proof sign-off from clientUndertaking some basic artwork and checking client’s logos are correctly formattedTaking all the various steps to ensure products are printed correctly and suppliers are able to deliver on time to the clientEnsuring the products are the correct quality and in the event of a client complaint or question to liaise with supplier and settle and questions relating. This relates to design, print quality, quantity, packing and product qualityTaking responsibility for despatch and fulfilment of orders and liaison with couriersProvide holiday cover for other members of the order processing team
