Peninsula East Primary Academy has a rare and truly exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced, efficient and personable Office Manager who will join us for the new academic year. This is a unique opportunity to join and be part of a highly successful primary school serving a mixed community. The role of the Office Manager is a busy one; there is always plenty to do so we need an individual who can turn their hand to all requirements, and who can be flexible with day to day duties. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will manage the smooth day to day running of the administration process across the academy. You will be responsible for a small team and therefore previous supervisory experience is essential, along with exceptional organisation skills.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the effective operation of all aspects of the main office, receptions, and to proactively support the development of a dynamic learning community through effective delivery of administrative services to meet the needs of every stakeholder.

Please note, we can be flexible for the right candidate who may wish to work 2 days per week (15 hours, Thursday - Friday) in which case the actual salary offered would be £8,295 - £8,721 per annum (£23,893 - £25,119 full-time equivalent) based on experience.
Interviews will be conducted in the first week of July.
