Our client is searching for an Accounts Payable/ Receivable Manager to ensure their sales and purchase ledger functions run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a fixed term contract and likely to end in March 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledger records.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers/ customers to resolve issues.
- Prepare regular financial reports and summaries.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
What We`re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an AP/ AR Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales and purchase ledger functions.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel.
