Are you an Employment Solicitor (2yrs+) or CILEX seeking a new role and would like to join one of East Sussex's largest law firms?

You will be joining a team of 4 lawyers dealing with a mix of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law matters for a range of clients including private individuals, business owners and company directors.

Candidates will have a mix of Employment Law experience including Equal Pay, Discrimination, Unfair Dismissal, Severance and Whistleblowing claims, some dealings with Corporate Restructuring, TUPE, and drafting Employment Contracts would be preferred. Clients includes Sports Clubs, National Charities and businesses within the Healthcare and Automotive industries.

Alongside a varied workload acting for both Claimants & Respondents the successful individual will also have the benefit of some home/remote working 2-3 days per week.
