Due to a member of staff retiring after 18 years with us we are looking for an Online Document Administrator to join our team. The role will involve uploading documents to our database, reviewing/editing pre-prepared descriptions of uploaded documents, potentially handling user queries for one of our related businesses.
No previous experience is needed. Full training and computer equipment will be provided.
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate;
• a track record of working in an administrative environment in which written content has been a significant element,
• a good grasp of written English,
• attention to detail and accuracy,
• ability to work on own initiative and manage own work pattern with minimal supervision,
• basic Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word skills,
Previous experience in Financial Services would be an advantage.
There is no face-to-face nor telephone contact involved in this role.
