Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take the lead on production engineering elements and work closely with a team of three individuals.

As a crucial member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations by leveraging your expertise in general mechanical engineering, turning, and milling.

Responsibilities:

• Lead production engineering efforts, ensuring efficiency and quality in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with the existing team to optimise production workflows and procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions to improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

• Hydraulic experience would be an advantage
• Proven experience in production engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of general mechanical engineering principles.
• Proficiency in turning and milling processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
