You will be joining a leading organisation in the healthcare business, with ambitious growth plans for the future. They pride themselves on providing first class, highly specialised support, while being at the forefront of technological advancements in the field. They are led by an ambitious senior management team, with plans to expand into more sites in future. They have an integral set of values that govern how they operate, based out of smart facilities in Crystal Palace. The business are currently going through a transformation, investing heavily in new systems and their people.

Your new role

You will be joining the business as a Financial Controller, working closely alongside a dynamic and progressive Finance Director. You will oversee the day to day running of the finance department, maintaining a first-in-class system of financial control and producing timely, accurate management information to both internal and external stakeholders. You will line manage 5 junior members of staff, upskilling and training on the new finance system. You will produce insightful and accurate reports, to improve efficiency and drive decision-making. You\'ll have ownership of the accounts for all group entities, working with the Finance director to identify areas of commercial, operational, and financial significance for the wider business.This is a broad, exciting role with scope to tailor responsibilities to what interests you.

What you\'ll need to succeed

You will be ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified. You\'ll bring line management experience, with exceptional communication skills with stakeholders at all levels. You\'ll be strong technically, with expertise on Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI. The role could suit someone straight from practice, or with experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity organisation.
