Our client is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join their team in East Kent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a proven track record of delivering successful IT projects.
Responsibilities:
* Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Analyse and document business processes and workflows.
* Develop use cases, test cases, and test plans.
* Collaborate with developers and other IT professionals to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
* Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
