Nights Warehouse Supervisor
Sunday - Thursday 8pm-6am
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing performance and continuously striving to improve
* Ensure orders are picked quickly and efficiently
* Checking orders thoroughly, to aim to eliminate all customer reported errors
* Ensure orders are despatched and labelled, strapped, and put into the correct areas for loading
* Carrying out regular Stocktakes
* Tidying, sweeping aisles, emptying bins etc
* Reporting any/all near misses, accidents or maintenance issues
* Completing all reports thoroughly and in a timely manner, including end of shift reports and weekly reports.
Skills and Experience
* Supervisory experience required
* Forklift Licence
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
* Ensuring full productivity through duration of shift
* Strong decision-making ability
* Good knowledge of Health and Safety in a warehouse environment
