Job Location: Hybrid/Remote - Corsica Street, London

Hours: 36 per week

Contract Type: Permanent

If you're looking to enhance your experience, or take the next step in your property career, and have a passion for housing projects, then this is the opportunity you are looking for.

We are looking for a Planned Investment Surveyor/Manager to help deliver part of Clarion's £111m annual planned investment programme nationally. Our planned programmes include component replacements (kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, heating etc.), specialist projects, remodelling, retrofit schemes, mechanical & electrical projects and some complex engineering projects. All of these works are carried out to multiple tenure types across a wide geographical area.

About the role

As a Planned Investment Manager, you will be supported by our experienced established team, who cover a wide geographical area, delivering a planned programme of work through our partnering contractor. You will report to the Lead Planned Investment Manager, and assist in formulating a planned programme from asset data, whilst taking into account business needs and strategies, stakeholder priorities, government targets and initiatives, external funding and social responsibilities.

Within your area, you will manage an annual budget of circa £2m comprising capital and revenue expenditure, and manage monthly valuations, ensuring alignment with forecast spend.

The role will be mainly home based, we also have various office bases nationally.

Other responsibilities include:

*

Pre-planning and delivery of multiple projects and programmes within agreed timescales and allocated budgets
