Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner looking for a Part-Time role (2-3 day per week) offering some home working?
Our client is a high street practice based in Burgess Hill looking for an experienced Commercial Property lawyer to oversee an existing
workload.
You will be dealing with Commercial Property sales/transfers, business leases, L&T work and ideally have some experience with asset/share sales or franchising work. As the sole Commercial Property lawyer in the practice you will be working very closely alongside the Residential Property team (currently 4 staff).
Clients include commercial landlords and tenants across a range of sectors including retail, hospitality and healthcare.
A great opportunity to join this relaxed practice which is offering part-time days/hours (flexible TBC) and the benefit of some home/remote working. Long term Locum Contract may also be considered.
