My client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Personal Assistant (PA) to support their Senior Partner. In this role, you will play a critical role in the smooth operation of the office, assisting with various accounts administration tasks and the credit control function. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly. **Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Partner.
- Assist with accounts administration tasks and credit control.
- Maintain and organize files and documents.
- Manage the Senior Partner's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
- Prioritise tasks and work efficiently, even under pressure.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Interact with clients in person and over the phone.
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Adapt to new technologies and systems as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry and record-keeping.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of accounting or credit control principles.
- Experience using accounting software or CRM systems.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
**Salary and Benefits:**
- Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience (approximately £22,000 to £25,000 per annum).
- Free parking available.
