Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or CILEX looking to lead/oversee a team of Lawyers with the added benefit of working from home 2 days a week?

Our client is a modern and highly recognised practice seeking an individual with a broad mix of Residential Property experience with the ability to manage and supervise a team of 5 lawyers based at the firms Hove offices.

The firm are known for their relaxed and democratic working environment with clients ranging from Brighton/Hove based private individuals through to builders and property investors/landlords. As well as supervising/managing staff you will also be expected to deal with more complex aspects of Residential Conveyancing including shared ownerships, lease extensions and small scale plot sales/new build work.

You must have experience working with Case Management systems and be fully IT literate, the ability to develop and maintain business relationships within the local community and estate agents is required.
