Exciting opportunity for two experienced Secretary Administrator in Maidstone on a 6 month temporary basis.
As a Customer Support Officer you will be responsible for providing support to colleagues across the business, working to business standards and supporting with administrative duties in a busy office.
Your duties as a Secretary Administrator will include:
* Diary management using Microsoft packages and CRM's for Heads of departments,
* Minute taking in meetings
* Organising upcoming events/training
* Liaising with colleagues to book in training
* Supporting the training centre by sourcing and booking venues
* General administrative support
* Providing first point of contact for customers
* Maintaining a welcoming reception area
* Answering the phone and directing calls appropriately
* Liaise with different departments to ensure the best level of service possible
You will be required to have strong administrative skills and proven experience with diary management.
The hours are Monday to Friday, 37 hours, between the hours of 0800-1730. (You are required to be flexible to meet business needs)
You will be joining a friendly supportive team.
This role pays £12.75ph
