Our successful Office Solutions company based in Burgess Hill are looking for an experienced Part Time Office Administrator or Sales Administrator to join their small established organisation based in Burgess Hill.

30 hours a week - spread over 4-5 days - Salary £27300 (Prorata £21840) 25 days A/L (prorata) and 8 Bank Holidays - Lucrative profit scheme, Pension and Free Car Parking.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is very detail orientated and who is good at organisation and planning their day.

If you have either an interiors or construction or Health and Safety background then this role could well suit.

Duties below:

 


Managing Planned jobs  (ensuring planned jobs are invoiced in the correct month)Sales invoicingForward leads to sales managers from internet, phone enquiries etcAdministering annual service agreementsCollating and submitting tender returns physically and on lineChecking and working on supplier and customer web portalsMaintaining annual certificationsLiaising with external H&S consultantCompletion of client H&S questionnairesManagement of RIDDOR reportingOffice fire alarm protocolUpdating sub-contractor training and H&S certificationsCoordinating installation sub contractors’ returned paperwork on job completionManagement of staff training recordsAdministering Cyber Security annual certificationMaintaining company policies, eg – H&S, Quality, Environment, Diversity, Equality etcStaff Holiday requests/calendarOffice maintenance – Fire/Security, PAT testing, Photocopier service, Air con service etcOrganising staff/colleague travel arrangementsOrgainising quarterly internal sales meetingsUpdate SAGE CRM system as necessaryUse company ERP system JD Edwards to administer orders & invoicing
Skills/Experience


Excellent practical use of MS Word/Excel etcPractical experience of working within CRM systemCompetent and evidence of managing and working with and navigating on line portalsAbility to work to strict deadlinesAble to juggle multiple tasks and assess prioritiesSales administration / Office administration / Customer service experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills
