We are looking to hire experienced manufacturing personnel with excellent attention to detail for our new client in Newhaven, East Sussex.

This role will convert to permanent after completion of the 12-week training programme, this means you will benefit from weekly pay + holiday pay for the first 12 weeks.

This opportunity will suit people who are committed to learning a new skill in quite a unique manufacturing process, we need people who are have good attention and can follow manufacturing instructions (clearly outlined on pick sheets) and who take pride in working to a very accurate level. You will be a key part in the manufacturing process, so not simply assembling items but creating. You will get full training and the benefit of a work buddy whilst you are learning. It can be physically demanding, and you will be walking and moving around, you will be moving raw materials and picking your own items, but after the completion of 12 weeks you will be given fork lift training to allow you to work on other parts of the production process. 

You must have your own safety footwear, but all other PPE will be provided. This role would suit someone looking for a long-term role, the hours are Monday to Friday 8-4 and the position is available immediately.
