JOB TITLE: Marketing and Communications Executive

LOCATION: Woolwich

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm

SALARY: £25,000 per annum depending on experience

OFFICE BASED 5 x days a week



We're teaming up with the Director of this fantastic business within the Events Sector who are looking for a Communications Exec. The company arrange events both in the UK and internationally and are growing and growing! This position will help customers manoeuvre through the run up to the events by providing information and reminders as well as building the brand through the website, social media, and email marketing. You will be not only be writing the copy, you will also be designing the content that will go to participants so creativity is an absolute must!



To be successful in this role, you will be or have;

* Work experience in the Travel/ Event sector is highly beneficial.
* Degree level or equivalent in Travel/ Event Management/ English/ Marketing
* Fantastic written and spoken English to create imaginative copy
* Super organised and able to juggle multiple projects at once
* Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Canva, Wordpress or equivalent
* Immediate availability is preferential
* Enthusiastic with great attention to detail

Responsibilities

* Ensuring the end-to-end customer journey runs smoothly
* Overseeing social media
* Creating engaging content for us on the website, social media,
* Providing accurate event information to participants- timings, schedule, Q + As, Walk throughs etc
* Attending some live events to record pictures and videos for follow up content
* Liaising with other team members to deliver events
