Our client is seeking a passionate and talented IT Technician to support the delivery of all their IT services. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain some serious IT, network and support experience within a busy environment.
Responsibilities
* Be the initial customer contact point for IT services, delivering top-notch customer service.
* Take ownership of reported incidents and service requests, troubleshooting and resolving them within defined time lines.
* Create and update user guides and resolutions as needed.
* Audit, repair and maintain IT equipment.
* Install and configure new IT equipment and associated infrastructure.
* Liaise with third-party support providers to ensure timely fault resolution.
* Be prepared to travel for on-site support, installations, and routine maintenance.
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of IT service management tools.
* Strong documentation and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules.
* Commitment to safety and environmental awareness.
