Do you have the skills?

We are looking for someone with work-related IT experience, great people skills and a solutions-focused approach to join our head office team based in Tunbridge Wells.

As an IT Coordinator, you will manage the internal support inbox, troubleshoot and resolve technical and user issues, and set up and maintain IT and communications equipment. You’ll have responsibility for scheduling and carrying out backups, software and system updates, and maintenance activities.

You will monitor security alerts, and effectively respond to any cyber-attacks targeting users or devices, as well as overseeing the internal training system to ensure staff remain alert to potential risks. There will be opportunities to assist with the research, procurement and installation of new hardware and software, so you will need to keep up-to-date with new trends and developments.

Applicants will be expected to learn on-the-job in a rapidly changing environment, and be able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. You should be confident to work independently and as part of a team.

This a full-time role, and the postholder will visit other sites to carry out maintenance so a car driver is essential. Our IT team supports staff working with vulnerable adults and children.
