Print Account Executive

Our client are a well-established printing company that specialise in improving companies communications operations. Their solutions allow their clients to produce, store and deliver their printed or digital collateral anywhere in the world. The services they offer cover various areas, including:
* Print and Digital Management
* Logistics and Fulfilment
* IT
* Branded Merchandise
They are currently looking for an Account Executive with Print experience to join their growing office based in Kent. In this role you will be an integral and pro-active member of the sales department, providing first class administration support and back-up for their designated account team. As the Account Executive you will be responsible for supporting the management of a portfolio of customer accounts led by the Account Manager, and ensuring all of their customers receive excellent customer service at all times.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* General administrative duties via email, post and telephone
* Completing quotes
* Invoices
* Providing a high degree of customer service to clients
* Staying in regular contact with clients
* Using MS Excel to create reports and other relevant documentation
* Data entry onto internal CRM
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a minimum of 6 months Print experience either in a Customer Services or Administrative based capacity
* Be an excellent communicator
* Have strong IT skills, specifically within the MS Office suite incl. Excel
* Have a strong desire to progress professionally by learning new skills and developing your existing abilities
* Have an understanding of the printing process (knowing the difference between digital and litho etc.)
* Previous print buying would be advantageous, dealing with print suppliers. (However minimal)
