Are you a Qualified Social Worker, considering the possibility of a new opportunity. Medway Council for permanent social workers, practitioners and team manager for the following positions and teams:
Safeguarding and Care Planning
Court Team (within Safeguarding and Care Planning)
Referral and Assessment
Children & Families Hub (previously MASH)
Quality Improvement Service
Children With Disabilities
Fostering & Early Permanence Team
THRIVE (Therapeutic service)
Youth Offending Service
Children Looked After
Leaving Care
Early Interventions and Family Support
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
* Current registration with Social Work England
* At least 2 years of experience in social work, preferably in children and families services
* Strong understanding of child protection systems and legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
