We are seeking a dedicated Service Support Coordinator to join their Operations team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.



Job Title: Service support coordinator

Location: Maidstone

Salary: Up to £25k

Hours: Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm

The role:



Are you a detail-oriented professional with exceptional Excel skills and a solid understanding of IT equipment and mobile phones? Are you passionate about delivering top-notch service support while also having a knack for analysing data to drive operational excellence? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!



As the Service Support Coordinator your key responsibilities would be:



* To always provide outstanding Customer Service and answer all incoming calls and emails professionally.
* Working together with the Contract Administration team to monitor engineer work schedule daily, ensuring workloads and routes are planned for maximum efficiency for cost-effectiveness and Customer KPI requirements
* Running daily and weekly reports to monitor plant hire, reporting to senior management on progress
* Work with our Group Fleet team to schedule all engineer vehicle appointments, ensuring CRM system schedule accurately shows up to date information
* Manage engineer Weekly Vehicle Check process, ensuring all engineers complete weekly and running exception reporting to Operations management
* Manage engineer On Call Rota- working closely with Technical Supervisors to ensure their team rotas have been received and collated, ensuring the business has adequate cover in place geographically
* Manage engineer holidays, working with scheduling teams to ensure that all holiday approvals are in line with operational needs of business
* Setup of new engineering starters on all IT software and applications, including email setup, mobile phone setup, customer apps and portals
* Undertaking engineer inductions, to explain the service department functions and software/apps to new engineers joining the business
* Daily reporting to ensure engineers are using customer applications correctly and liaising with Technical Supervisors to organise any follow up training to rectify poor performance
* Compiling and analysing customer facing and internal compliance and asset reports





We'd love to speak to candidates with the following skills:



* Strong Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role demonstrating proficiency in office procedures and systems.
* Excellent Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in documentation.
* Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Scheduling Experience (Preferred): Experience in coordinating appointments and managing calendars is preferred.
