Job Title: Internal Sales Advisor

Location: Maidstone

Salary: Up to £26k

Hours: Monday-Friday - The team operates between 7am-pm therefore you'll be required to work alternate shift patterns of 7am-4pm and 8am-5pm.

The role:



You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by effectively communicating the innovative renewable energy solutions to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, provide them with tailored information, address their inquiries, and guide them through the sales process.



As the Internal Sales Advisor your key responsibilities would be:



* Answering customers call/emails and directing to the correct department
* Proactively calling customers to gain sales opportunities, upsell or crossing products
* Understanding customer needs and requirements
* Discussing materials with suppliers
* Producing quotes and processing orders.



We'd love to speak to candidates with the following skills:

* Previous sales experience would be beneficial
* Experience working within the electrical industry
* Excellent IT skills
* Previous electrical trade counter experience would be ideal.
