Paralegal or trainee ILEX required to join specialist litigation firm in Sussex dealing with L&T work (role also offers 100% home/remote working).

You will be joining a team of lawyers dealing with residential Landlord & Tenant litigation work which includes rent/service charge recovery, possession cases and some tenancy disputes, acting mainly for London based Landlords, Residential Management Companies and property owners.

Work includes undisputed long lease breach cases, which will include both service charge matters and non-monetary matters together with tenancy possession claims,

Candidates must be IT literate, have experience working with Case Management systems and have at least six month previous experience dealing with either Debt Recovery work or L&T litigation.

This role offers either 2 days in the office (3 days working remotely) or there is an option for the role to be 100% remote (depending on experience).
