Goldhawk Associates are working with a large local Firm who are looking to appoint a Personal Tax Manager to join their team. They have been based in the Kent market for a long time and have an excellent reputation and a very strong growth strategy. They are looking for someone who is ambitious, professional and looking for development potential. This role will take responsibility for managing the Private Client Team, taking responsibility of their training and growth, management of their workloads and projects. You will be part of the management team reporting to the Directors and supporting them with promotion of services and development of client services. It is essential that you have the ability to work well with a varied client base, be confident in servicing business and take the management lead for the department in these areas.

You will manage a varied portfolio of high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs providing income and capital taxes planning advice and services. You will be responsible for compliance reviews and associated high level advice and planning.
