The Best Connection are seeking Minibus Drivers who are currently looking for flexible or part time work Monday to Friday in Rochester.

The role itself requires you to collect and drop off across Medway Towns, to deliver a growing number of frontline public services to residents. This includes services provided across SEN transport and the Retirement Homes.

Working alongside a Passenger Assistant, you will be responsible for collecting and taking clients to and from specific locations within the Medway area.

This role will include transport to and from a number of day cares and schools, therefore it is important that you are able to support passenger's emotional and physical needs whilst prioritising safety.

Options for work and flexibility:

Option 1: Reporting for duty at 07:30 till 09:30 for the AM run and then back for 14:30-17:00 for the PM runs. You will be paid for a minimum of 6 hours per day guaranteed.

Option 2: You can choose to do just a morning, or an afternoon run instead. You will be paid a minimum of 4 hours for this.

You will be given all the relevant safety training before operating functions on the mini bus such as disabled access on the back of the vehicles.

Option for the role to be a temp to perm, where you can sign a full-time contract with the company on your 13th week of employment.

Otherwise continue as a part time or full time temp driver via the agency.

Enhanced DBS check required (We can provide this for free if needed)

You will not require a CPC for this role.

Pay rate: £11.44 Per Hour
