Your new role

We are currently recruiting for general cover teachers to supervise students on a day to day/ supply basis. We are looking for a confident individual who has a genuine desire to contribute to students' academic success and enable them to flourish in their learning environment. Hays are seeking an individual who is a strong communicator, flexible and reliable.

The successful candidate will be expected to be innovative, creative, and want to build genuine, positive relationships with students and colleagues. As a cover teacher, you will be eager to go above and beyond for your students to ensure work set is completed to the highest standard.

As a cover/ supply teacher, you will be able to cover various lessons, supervise students, and manage pupil behaviour effectively in the classroom.
What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 30 days experience within a school environment working with children and qualified teachers must hold QTS for a higher day rate. We welcome applications from experienced teachers as well as ECT's and Cover Supervisors. You must be professional and have a flexible attitude.
