Are you an IT Technician with two years' experience looking for a new challenge? If yes, read on!
An IT Technician is required to join a team of nine, providing first line support and providing excellent customer service. Providing initial ownership, assessments and resolution of all incidents and service requests, which will enable the whole department to provide the best possible service to its customers.
Location: Dover, Kent
Salary: £27k per annum
Skills required
* Hold an industry recognised certification (example: Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+/Network+)
* Educated to GCSE or equivalent level, including Maths and English
* Minimum of 2 years' experience within an IT support environment
* Demonstrable hands-on experience of PC hardware support and maintenance, including Microsoft Windows operating systems
* Demonstrable experience of application and end user support
* Microsoft Office suite of products
* Active Directory user and group administration
* Knowledge of Citrix ZenApp session and user support
* Knowledge of the constituent part of PCs and laptops, able to identify faults, replace components and re-install the operating system
* Knowledge of the general network (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) support
* of general telephony (PBX and VoIP) support
* Knowledge of general telephony (PBX and VoIP) support
* Ability to use and exploit the internet for technical solutions

* Able to manage own workload/timetable
* Can work on own initiative and without supervision
* Role model in creating a culture of integrity and respect, creating a great workplace environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verabl)
* Good team player
* Demonstrates a can-do attitude at all times
* Diligent in record keeping and logging of incidents
* Full UK driving licence required and own vehicle
* Able to work from ladders or working platforms
