Job Role
We are delighted to be working with a fast growing and hugely successful family run business in Eastbourne, who are seeking to appoint an additional Client Services Associate. You will be responsible for:
* Training new and existing clients on their systems
* Providing ongoing client support, answering incoming calls and emails
* Investigating client issues internally by liaising with in-house developers
* Conduct follow up contact with customers and ensure resolutions are given in a timely manner
* Co-ordinating diary appointments and providing general admin support
The Company
You will be joining a well-established and rapidly expanding business centred around the online auction industry.
The Person
This role is a highly customer focused and reactive role that requires calm, confident and technically minded individuals with a good grasp of systems, IT and web-based selling platforms. A methodical and logical approach is needed for this role which focuses on customers with queries regarding live system errors, troubleshooting and training requirements. You will need to have experience in a fast paced, and systems orientated office-based role. Account Management, Client Services or First Line Support experience would all be beneficial backgrounds to this position.
The Package
£24,000 - £30,000
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Team rota to cover evening and weekend shifts with time of in lieu for any out of hours worked
28 days holiday
