The Job Description of an MEP BIM coordinator within the business is currently detailed below. Job Position Package

* Salary Bracket - £33,000.00 - £38,000.00
* Pension Contributions - 4.0%
* Death In Service Contributions - 3.0 x Salary
* Annual Leave - 23 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

Summary

You will have experience with drafting & co-ordinating projects from conception through to completion (including project set-up, CAD & Revit Drawings)
* Assist with developing the Digital Design Team and be part of the Building Services discipline group.
* Help shape and grow the technical development of the Digital Design Team.
* Accountable for deliverables in line with financial targets and client deadlines.
* Make yourself available to the office and clients outside of hours when required.
* Report back to the BIM Manager with workload updates, morale, and suggestions for improvements.

Drafting / Co-ordination

* Setting up CAD/Revit drawings/sheets for engineers.
* Document control - checking online portals for new drawings.
* Producing CAD/Revit drawings based on engineers' markups.
* Ensuring standards are complied with when producing drawings.
* Assist the engineers with the drawing or modelling process.
* Assist with coordinating MEP services within the model.
