Receptionist

Burgess Hill, £24,000 - £25,000, Monday - Thursday, 8am until 5pm and Friday 8am until 12:30pm, Temporary with the opportunity to become Permanent, 28 days holiday + paid Christmas shutdown, BUPA healthcare after probation.



The Role

We are delighted to be working with our wonderful client, a global contender in their field, who are seeking a Receptionist to join their team based in Burgess Hill. This role will see you being the first point of contact for the business, both in a face-to-face capacity and incoming calls. The role will also see you providing administrative support for the Directors.



Reception duties will include:

* Welcoming Visitors
* Receiving incoming calls
* Distributing daily post
* Ordering office supplies



Administration support duties will include:

* Sending letters & emails
* Booking flights and hotels
* Dealing with the administration requirements for exhibitions
* Updating spreadsheets
* Printing of Invoices and Statements



Requirements

This role would suit someone who has experience as a Receptionist, PA or Office Administrator. You'll need strong communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with visitors, clients and colleagues. You'll need to be confident using phone and computers systems, particularly Microsoft Office packages such as Work, Excel & PowerPoint.
